The Flash Europe International’s Group, European leader of urgent transportation of industrial products, services and health, is the specialist for customized transport solutions adapted to the issues of their customers.

Present in 11 countries in Europe and Maghreb, the Group employs 366 people and realizes a turnover of over EUR 100 million. Within the context of the development of its activity in France and international, Flash Europe is looking for a

financial controller in charge of the financial control and of the audit/internal control.

Attached to the Financial Manager of the Group, you will intervene on the perimeter of the international subsidiaries and also on France.

Your main tasks and responsibilities are the following:

Animate, coordinate the annual budget process and the forecast,
Ensure the production of the monthly reports on the perimeter of the international subsidiaries. Control data from the different accounting firms, ensure production and communication of the reporting. You will also contribute to realize the Group’s monthly reporting in accordance of the deadlines set by the Group.
Analyser mensuellement les performances des filiales et les commenter. Expliquer les écarts entre les réalisations et le budget et en assurer le contrôle budgétaire
Monitor and alert on the financial indicators of the subsidiaries (customers delay, cash flow,…),
Audit and control the correct implementation of the procedures and Standards of the Group (accountant and management on the perimeter of the Group),

Endowed with the company spirit, you will work in close relationship with the Financial Manager of the Group. You are an active contributor to the projects aiming to improve the quality of the Financial Information of the group.

Profil:

You are graduated of a Master Degree or a high school business
You have occupied an equivalent position in a company and you have a convincing 5 years experience. An experience in an Accountancy firm would be more than appreciated and you have ideally evolved in an international environment. You are bilingual French/German and the practice of English is essential. (Knowledge of French would also be appreciated)
You control the computer’s tools (Pack Office), accounting solutions and you have the ability of using tools carried out in-house.
You are rigorous, diplomat and a good teacher. You have real analysis and synthesis capacities. Your ability to take initiatives will be a major asset.

The position is based in Stuttgart or in Lille.
Trips to subsidiaries are to be expected (20% of the time).
