Of course urgent shipments are always our top priority. This means that once we have organized your transport order, we then carry out your registration in an uncomplicated manner.
Can I book my shipment online?
Yes, all of our existing customers have the opportunity to book their shipment online by themselves (Link zum Buchungssystem?). Therefore you can comfortably and quickly respond to urgent transport challenges. You can also reach us by conventional means around the clock (direct contact)
How do I find out about the status of my shipment?
Your shipment is constantly monitored. We proactively inform you about the status of your shipment every step of the way. Of course you can also comfortably track the current status of your shipment online.
In which countries does FLASH have its own branch offices?
We are on site for you with 35 offices in 14 countries: Germany, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Hungary, Tunisia, Morocco, Turkey and Russia.

Yes, you have a personal contact person – it does not matter which service you use or which country your transport inquiry applies to. This ensures we can optimally respond to your needs and avoid any potential language barriers. Of course we are also able to issue transnational invoices.

The company was founded in 1981 and is a privately owned corporation. The headquarters are located in Lux. FLASH is an international provider for urgent and critical transport solutions. The service portfolio includes national and international direct and special deliveries, multimodal transports, airplane and helicopter charters and On-Board-Courier solutions.
